Are you a passionate and proactive HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? A leading UK hotel group is looking for a Regional People Advisor to support their Southern properties. Based in North West London (4 days a week) with 1 day WFH, you’ll be a key player in supporting People Managers, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly across multiple sites. What You’ll Do: Advise on employee relations, change management, talent, and performance Coach and support People Managers on HR policies and best practice Own HR processes including onboarding, systems (Fourth/Flow/ATS), compliance and reporting Collaborate on people projects with L&D, Talent, and the wider HR team What We’re Looking For: 2 years of generalist HR experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or multi-site roles CIPD qualification (or working towards it) Confident communicator with strong coaching and influencing skills Highly organised with an eye for process improvement Why Join?
