NEW ROLE Residential Conveyancer | Preston | £30,000 - £45,000 DOEOur client, a professional and reputable legal practice are seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer from NQ – 3 years PQE level to join their property team in PrestonThe successful Residential Conveyancer will handle their own varied caseload from inception to completion dealing with Sales and Purchase, Freehold and Leasehold, Transfer of Equity as well as New Build transactions.The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have proven knowledge and a minimum of 2 years’ experience of handling your own caseload of Residential files with limited supervision. You will be forward thinking with excellent client management and communication skills.
