Business Development Executive (Field-Based)
LA Trading is a fast-growing digital taxi advertising company revolutionising how brands connect with urban audiences. Through our innovative internal taxi screens, we create engaging advertising experiences for passengers and offer businesses a dynamic channel to showcase their services. We're seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client base in key UK cities.
We are looking for a smart, goal-oriented, and self-driven Business Development Executive to identify, engage, and convert potential clients. The successful candidate will be comfortable travelling to locations such as Bradford, Manchester, Leeds, and others within the region as they come on board, meeting business owners, promoting our advertising services, closing deals and building strong client relationships. Your focus will be on increasing sales, market penetration, identifying advertising opportunities, and driving long-term growth.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales and establishing strong relationships with clients. You will utilize HubSpot for managing customer interactions and data, ensuring a streamlined approach to customer service. Join us to make a significant impact in a dynamic business environment.
This is a contract-based, performance-focused role. Proactively identify and approach local businesses in target areas (e.g., Bradford, Manchester, Leeds and others within the Northern region) to promote LA Trading's internal taxi advertising services.
Travel to designated regions weekly for face-to-face client interactions and lead generation.
Secure new business deals and close sales in line with monthly targets as well as retaining them for future monthly adverts.
Willingness to travel regularly to client locations.
Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales, or advertising/media sales (2-3 years minimum).
Knowledge of digital or out-of-home advertising.
Understanding of B2B business marketing.
Driving license and access to a vehicle (essential).
Excellent time management and itinerary planning skills
Familiarity with using CRM systems to track leads, activities, and campaigns
Competence in digital tools: Google Workspace or MS Office (especially Excel and Calendar tools)
Ability to work independently, be result-oriented, and thrive in a performance-driven environment
Contract-based opportunity with potential for permanent placement upon high performance.
