Senior Structural Engineer - Multidisciplinary Design Firm
Location: Grand Rapids, MI | Hybrid Work Model

Key Responsibilities
* Lead structural design efforts across various building types and materials.
* Ensure code compliance, constructability, and integration with other building systems.
* Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, RAM, and other design technologies for documentation and presentation.
* Collaborate with senior engineers on quality assurance and control.
* Support and mentor junior engineering staff.
* Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
* Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering.
* Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field.
* NCEES registration and NSPE membership.
* CSI-CDT, LEED AP BD+C, or WELL AP certifications.
* Experience with RISA or RAM Elements.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Teams.
