Plant Operator
Start date – Monday 10th November 2025
Pay – £230 per day CIS, £180 per day PAYE
Location – Andover, Hampshire
We are working on a large industrial project in Andover and are looking for a Plant Operator to join the existing site team. All applicants must be fully experienced and hold either a valid CPCS or NPORS Card. This is a long‑term position with completion due in Summer 2026. The project is a heavy civil contract, so relevant heavy civil experience is essential.
Responsibilities
* Deep drainage
* Pipe laying
* Deep excavation
* Any other associated duties
Qualifications
* CPCS or NPORS
* Cat & Genny and EUSR are beneficial
* Relevant plant tickets
* Previous site experience
Standard hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 5 pm
