We are currently seeking a PharmaCo Category Development Manager with a passion for client management and a desire to create & deliver innovative B2B propositions in the pharmaceutical wholesale market.
The successful candidate will ensure we are Clients’ first choice by developing a ‘Best in Class’ approach to our Pharma Services Proposition. Constantly seeking opportunities to offer superior value and service
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive growth in market share through new business acquisition, existing client growth, and strong client retention strategies.
2. Lead proposition development and commercialisation efforts across pharmaceutical wholesale B2B services.
3. Create an innovative Marketing & Communication Trade Plan to drive Brand Awareness, ultimately driving market presence.
4. Act as the UK Pharma Services Lead, engage with wider Commercial & Business Development teams across Europe to analyse opportunities & new income streams
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet commercial income targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Provide training, support, and development to Channel Sales Teams to enhance understanding and delivery of propositions.
7. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of commercial services.
What We’re Looking For:
8. Proven experience in building propositions, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare-related sectors.
9. Strong background in selling, delivering, and managing service propositions in a B2B environment.
10. Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
11. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
12. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and developing new propositions.
13. Ability to lead and work collaboratively across multiple departments and functions.
14. A proactive, solutions-oriented individual with a desire to take ownership and drive results.
