Kwalee's PC & Console Marketing team are looking for a talented Community Manager who will be r esponsible for building, managing and moderating communities that coalesce on key platforms including, but not limited to; Discord and Steam during go to market and lifecycle phases across multiple titles in Kwalee’s portfolio.

This role is heavily focussed on engaging with players, moderating, maintaining and growing communities across Kwalee’s gaming portfolio.

Responsibilities

* Monitor all assigned community channels, and coordinate moderation responses with stakeholders as needed.
* Respond to player queries, questions, complaints and feedback across key platforms (i.e.. Discord, Reddit, Steam, Sprout Inbox as necessary), with factual and empathetic communication and relaying accurate information to players.
* Identify and share trending issues or community feedback with internal teams across key areas of go to market campaign and lifecycle.
* Compile and feedback bug reports and player feedback from Playtests, Betas, Demos and Full launch.
* Apply community guidelines and policy consistently, documenting clear decisions and supporting evidence as necessary.
* Contribute to ongoing refinement of community guidelines, moderation policies, enforcement frameworks.

Requirements

* Proven experience in community management or a closely related role.
* Experience building, managing and engaging online communities.
* Confident using Reddit, Discord, Steam, and other key platforms.
* A genuine passion for gaming and player communities.
* Strong written communication and attention to detail.
* Well‑organised, with the ability to capture patterns, feedback and bugs clearly.
