Are you a psychology graduate looking to apply your academic knowledge in a practical, rewarding role? * Deliver tailored support to pupils with diverse learning and behavioural needs
* Assist the class teacher in creating engaging, accessible lessons
* Support children with EHCPs and adapt activities to meet individual learning styles
* Promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and independence in the classroom
* Provide personal care when required, always maintaining dignity and respect
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support
* Are passionate about child development, mental health, and inclusive education
* Want practical experience with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs
* Have experience in care, support work, or education (desirable but not essential)
* Are empathetic, patient, and proactive in supporting children’s learning journeys
* Are open to providing personal care and emotional support when needed
* Are eager to learn from experienced educators and engage in ongoing training
