Are you a dynamic and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor with at least a year's experience and a passion for combining different training methods? We are seeking a part time Reformer Instructor to join the team at one of London's premier S&C gyms, in South West London, to help deliver an unparalleled fitness experience. Blocks of 2/3 classes. Perks: Access to studio facilities, training workshops, and membership discounts Start date : Spring 2026 Locations: Putney Working Hours: Must be able to work at least 1 day of the weekend, additional week day blocks available (morning, evenings) Experience: A grounding in & understanding of classical pilates, but interest in more strength-based pilates style and wider fitness activities. The Role: Reformer Instructors will deliver dynamic, strength-focused reformer classes that balance effective workouts with thoughtful programming and personal attention. Classes are energetic and music-driven, but never rushed or generic. Deliver engaging, dynamic reformer classes aligned with the studio’s signature programming Coach small group classes (approx. 8-12 clients), offering hands-on technique correction and individual feedback Create a warm, positive and judgement free environment for pilates regulars and also people who have never experienced working out on a bed before Confidently manage classes independently, including client check-ins via the studio CRM system Support a collaborative studio culture by being reliable and adaptable as the schedule evolves The Person: Nationally recognised Pilates certification or personal training certification Level 3 or above. First Aid certification from a reputable organisation. Proven experience in designing and implementing effective fitness programs for individuals of varying fitness levels and goals. Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and proper exercise technique. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients. Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. Ability to motivate and inspire clients, adapting coaching styles to meet individual needs. Organisational skills to track client progress, schedule sessions, and manage administrative tasks. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on client availability.
