Key Responsibilities - Cover Supervisor Role:
· Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects.
· Maintain classroom engagement and ensure a positive learning environment.
· Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
· Provide support and supervision to students, ensuring they stay on task.
· Adapt to different subjects and school environments as required.
Who We Are Looking For:
· Experience working with young people in schools, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or childcare.
· Confidence in leading a classroom and delivering pre-planned lessons.
· Strong communication, classroom management, and behaviour management skills.
· Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and school settings.
· A passion for education and student development.
· A degree or relevant experience in education (preferred but not essential).
