Job Description:
A highly regarded independent Commercial Broker is currently looking to add remote Commercial Account Handlers to support both new business and renewals. They seek driven professionals with commercial insurance experience to serve a diverse client base.
The Account Handler supports the Account Executive in managing client portfolios, including contract renewal actions. They act as the first point of contact for external queries, requiring excellent client service skills.
This is a remote role with occasional office visits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, efficient service to clients.
* Collaborate with Account Executives to provide comprehensive insurance services.
* Manage clients of varying sizes, from small to large corporate risks.
* Ensure timely and accurate documentation for insurance placements, amendments, and renewals.
* Maintain a professional and customer-focused company image.
Requirements:
* Previous account handling experience in commercial insurance.
* Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent relationship-building abilities.
* Experience with Acturis software.
* Ability to work under pressure and process large information quickly.
* Negotiation and influencing skills.
* Progression towards CII qualifications is a plus.
