Role and Responsibilities Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle availability, bookings, and usage across multiple sites. Ensure compliance by keeping MOTs, servicing, insurance, and vehicle records up to date. Provide friendly and efficient support to staff with transport and vehicle-related queries. Liaise with suppliers, manage fleet-related costs, and maintain accurate documentation. Use digital tools, spreadsheets, and fleet management systems to stay organised and efficient. Experience The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, along with a confident and approachable communication style. They should be comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, and online systems, with medium to advanced computer skills. Experience in fleet or asset management is beneficial, though a willingness to learn is equally valued. A proactive problem-solver, theyll be able to manage multiple tasks and keep operations running smoothly.
