Your role The Production Trainer plays an integral role in achieving our exciting level of ambition at Bath ASU, by delivering best-in-class training programs that ensure individuals are fully trained, confident, and competent to perform all activities across all operational production roles — from new starters through to experienced staff progressing along the production career pathway. Benefits Competitive salary Full time: 37.5 hours per week Annual leave of 25 days bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service) Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%).
