Customer Support Specialist - (9 month Secondment)
£27,107 + Bonus £1200 Per Annum + brilliant rewards and recognition scheme

This is a full-time role working per week. The shifts are between 7am-5pm, including 1 in 3 weekends.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers, being the first point of contact for orders via phone and email.
After successful probation, there is potential for this role to become Hybrid.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
* Process all orders and collections accurately, fulfilling customer requirements and maintaining customer mailbox inquiries.
* Achieve set KPIs in line with Fresh Direct requirements, answering calls promptly according to company targets.
* Develop and maintain departmental structure to understand the impact of customer service across the business.
* Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and fulfilling commitments.
* Understand the specific needs and expectations of your allocated customers.
* Act as the first point for customer issues, investigate thoroughly, and involve relevant parties to find quick and effective solutions.
* Take ownership of customer queries, keep systems updated, and process credits/collections timely, liaising with other departments as needed.
* Handle customer comments, complaints, and correspondence following Fresh Direct's procedures and specific requirements.
* Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams, scheduling callbacks and managing emails.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processes.

* Experience in an office or customer service environment.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Self-motivated with a desire to exceed standards.
* Proficient in PC use.
