A leading regional law firm is seeking a Family Law Solicitor (or Legal Executive) to join its highly regarded team. Recognised in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, the team is known for handling complex, HNW matters and for its constructive, client-focused approach.
You will support senior lawyers on intricate financial remedy cases, often involving trusts, business structures, pensions, and international elements. Alongside this, you will gain exposure to private children disputes, family agreements, and niche areas such as surrogacy and cohabitation claims.
This role offers the chance to progressively build your own caseload while benefiting from close mentorship and professional development opportunities. The team values collaboration, non-court dispute resolution, and innovative approaches such as its Accord scheme, which streamlines divorce and separation for non-conflicted couples.
We welcome applications from candidates with 0-3 years' PQE who are proactive, adaptable, and committed to the Resolution Code of Practice. Strong communication skills and a human-first mindset are essential.
