What You’ll Need
* NMC registration (nurse-qualified).
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior role within care or nursing homes.
* Background supporting older adults services.
* Strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards, and operational governance.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
