About The Role
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Individual Needs Assistant. This role will be a fixed term position and will involve supporting the learning and development of small groups and individual pupils. We can offer you a friendly, supportive school with great opportunities for professional development.
The successful candidate will:
* have an enthusiasm for working with primary aged children
* have good literacy and mathematical skills
* be hard working, resilient and adaptable to change
* have an understanding and knowledge of supporting children’s learning

Location: Hastings
Start date: As soon as possible
Contract: Fixed term – dependent on pupil’s placement within the school
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday - hours to be confirmed
Salary: £ 14,170 per annum (gross)
Closing date: Monday 6th October

We are a two-form entry school, with 60 pupils in each year group, ranging from reception through to year 6.
