Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to join our team at our Telford facility. This is a permanent, full-time role working on a day shift pattern, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment, including ovens and conveyors
Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective repairs
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Participate in engineering projects to upgrade or modify equipment and systems
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety regulations
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
About You:
Time-served or qualified in Mechanical Engineering (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Strong mechanical skills with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
Good understanding of health and safety practices
Experience working on ovens, conveyors, and similar production machinery
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
