Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to work as the Clinical and Quality Assurance Lead for a specialist Trauma charity on a fully remote basis.
Role snapshot:
The candidate appointed will be working as the Clinical and Quality Assurance Lead whilst also holding a small clinical caseload. The key focus of this role is to focus on strategic development of the clinical team, clinical delivery, clinical outcomes to help achieve the companies transformation strategy for the next 5 years.
The post holder will provide clinical leadership including overseeing the growth and development of the team which will include recruitment and supervision.
This charity focus on trauma treatment for the survivors of collective violence.
Contract type – permanent
Hours – full time (4 days per week will be considered)
Salary - £68,000 FTE
Experience required:
Candidates applying will have HCPC registration as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, extensive experience working in the field of trauma. Due to the seniority of the role, managerial, leadership and service development experience is required.
