Overview
Bell & Co Professional Recruitment Ltd is seeking an ambitious Corporate Account Executive for a leading independent broker with a UK-wide presence. This role is based in South Yorkshire. The role offers a base salary in the range of £55,000 to £75,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance, excellent bonus, pension, life assurance, support for CII qualifications, hybrid working, and genuine opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Inherit a book generating approximately £250k in income, spanning a broad range of risks and industry sectors
* Work alongside the Sales Manager and other Account Executives to drive branch performance
* Build long-standing relationships with new and existing clients
* Utilise insurance industry knowledge to identify opportunities to enhance the existing book
* Demonstrate self-motivation and strive to meet and exceed income and retention targets
* Drive quality, consistency and accuracy in all aspects of the sales and retention process
* Use excellent communication and client handling abilities to ensure an outstanding client experience
Qualifications
* Proven track record in retaining and placing new business in the commercial insurance industry, as an Account Executive or Account Handler
* Ability to cover the South Yorkshire region with effective diary management to maximise client reach
* A genuine interest in building long-standing working relationships with clients
