Social Worker needed for our Adult Services in Lancashire, paying £33 ph!
* Location: Lancashire
* Pay: £33 per hour
* Contract: Full-Time / Temporary
About the role:
You will work with adults with a range of needs, ensuring strengths-based, person-centred practice and compliance with the Care Act 2014.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertaking Care Act assessments and reviews
* Completing Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decisions
* Managing a varied caseload across adult social care
* Supporting safeguarding enquiries under Section 42
* Developing support plans and coordinating packages of care
* Working collaboratively with health professionals and partner agencies
* Maintaining accurate, timely case records
