We're seeking a Technical Manager to join their growing team and play a key role in overseeing design coordination and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the technical function across residential projects, supporting both design and site teams.
2. Oversee all technical aspects of developments from land acquisition through to site completion.
3. Review and coordinate technical drawings, specifications, and design information to ensure compliance and accuracy.
4. Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and drive effective solutions.
5. Ensure projects adhere to building regulations, company policies, and NHBC standards.
6. Provide ongoing technical support and advice to site teams during construction phases.
