The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef who:
7. Has proven experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous role
8. Is passionate about fresh, seasonal, and local produce
9. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
10. Is a confident leader with excellent communication skills
11. Is ready to hit the ground running and take on a new challenge
Key Responsibilities
12. Lead and manage the kitchen operation day-to-day
13. Design and deliver seasonal, high-quality menus
14. Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety
15. Recruit, train, and manage a seasonal brigade
16. Mentor and develop junior kitchen team members
17. Work effectively as part of the senior management team
18. Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency at all times
Working hours will be varied and will include evenings and weekends.
