Reporting Structure Production Coordinator – Production Cell Leader – Production Supervisor Responsibilities * Organise daily work for operators. * Understand cell output requirements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in line with the production plan for that cell. * Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the cell. * Assist with the job training of operators within the cells * Ability to undertake certain Syspro bookings * Cover for cell leader (short term) e.g. Holiday periods. * Capable of assessing and recording spoilage, in order to reduce costs. * Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care. * Any other duties deemed necessary.
