St Swithun’s School is seeking an energetic and commercially minded individual to help us grow and shape the future of our thriving Lettings Company.
As an important member of our operations team, you will report to, and work closely with, the Operations Bursar to oversee day‑to‑day running of the Lettings Company. This is a hands‑on, varied role with real scope to make an impact, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, maximising opportunities and turning ideas into successful outcomes.
Our Lettings Company exists to support the charitable ethos and aims of St Swithun’s by making the best possible use of our facilities outside of school hours. You will be at the heart of that mission.

* Driving and developing a profitable year‑round commercial lettings business.
* Building new business partnerships while nurturing the relationships we already have.
* Maximising revenue through creative and effective marketing, pricing, planning, and delivery.
* Ensuring every external client, from community groups to commercial organisations, has a first‑class experience.

This is a full-time position. The normal hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, although the post holder may, on occasion, be required to work during the evening and at weekends for which time off in lieu will be granted. We offer 30 days of paid annual leave plus bank holidays.
