* Oversee installation and commissioning on site, ensuring all work meets specification, asset, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with site teams and Thames Water operations to plan works, including any shutdowns or outages.
* Troubleshoot and configure ICA systems — including control panels, PLCs, and communications networks — to meet design intent.
* Lead and contribute to commissioning meetings, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience with ICA systems in wastewater environments, ideally on Thames Water projects.
* Comfortable working on a hybrid basis, with regular time on site during critical phases.
* Flexibility to travel to multiple sites, with occasional overnight stays.
* Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications, providing constructive feedback.
* Strong planning and organisational skills to lead commissioning activities effectively.
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
Desirable:
* SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
* CSCS (supervisor level).
* HNC or above in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
* Familiarity with WIMES and water utility standards.
* Methodical problem-solving approach and ability to resolve complex issues.
What's on Offer:
* Company car scheme.
* Annual bonus.
* Pension plan.
* 25 days holiday + statutory leave.
* Full support with training, PPE, laptop, tools, and expense reimbursement (including mileage and subsistence).
