About the Role:
You’ll take ownership of the data collected by the company’s nationwide field sales team and turn this into insights to drive commercial decisions. Key responsibilities include:
* Cleansing, integrating, and maintaining high volumes of data collected daily from stores across Great Britain.
* Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to track and improve sales performance across multiple channels.
* Making recommendations to optimise territories, routes, and in-store interventions to deliver maximum impact at shelf.
* Managing data quality across applications and outlet universes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Has experience in a data or analytics role within an FMCG company.
* Is confident in at least one of SQL, Python, or R.
* Has an analytical mindset with confidence presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.
* Thrives in a collaborative, sociable environment and enjoys working at pace to deliver impact.
