Extreme Kleen is the fastest growing Cleaning Company is the South West and Wales. In short, we clean, maintain and manage all manor of sites, keeping them spick and span and safe for staff and visitors alike
We clean everything, from house clearance to unattended death, sharps and pigeon guano, our team do the lot, even the boss gets stuck in But don't worry about that (we try and keep him out of the way), some of those jobs aren't for everyone, so we want YOU to be the next member of our commercial cleaning team.

You will be the person, the go-to, the face of the business Who will be responsible for looking after one of our favorite clients site each evening after the building has been vacated, usually 5.50 to 6pm. then you will work 2 hours per evening Monday to Friday, so its easy right? Those Hours? Nothing on the TV at that time anyway
What are the duties?
Its a medical facility, so we will need you to ensure its safe and clean and germ free for the customers and staff the following morning, so that will be wiping down the desks, vacuum/sweep hard floors, vacuum any rugs (don't sweep the rugs, we have tried it, doesn't work) mop the bathroom and kitchen, generally taking pride in what you do. Again, Easy right?

Duties (In much more detail this time)
* Perform thorough cleaning of floors (there is a steamer to use on this), surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents
* Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine
* Dispose of trash and recyclables properly, adhering to waste management protocols
* Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
* Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
* Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning routines for prompt resolution
* Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold the highest standards of hygiene
Requirements
* Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods while performing cleaning tasks
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness and quality
* Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled hours
* Good communication skills to understand instructions and collaborate with team members
* Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided
* Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
* Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
