Your new role
Directing vehicle movement on and around site
Ensuring pedestrian safety and site access control
Communicating clearly with drivers and site teams
Following all health & safety proceduresWhat you'll need to succeed
Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman certificate
CSCS card (preferred or required depending on site)
PPE (hi-vis, hard hat, boots, etc.)
Previous experience in a similar roleWhat you'll get in return
