About You...

You'll work with our residents and communities to help them thrive, offering targeted actions and delivering a holistic customer service approach.

You will be customer-focused, innovative in your approach and be able to implement initiatives to promote tenancy sustainability and deliver excellent customer service in a challenging environment.

* Design and deliver effective actions to encourage tenancy sustainment, and improve the social and financial performance of our communities.
