We are seeking a reliable and versatile Handyman to support two of our businesses—a construction company specializing in property renovations and a chain of pharmacies. This is a part-time position requiring hands-on expertise across multiple areas.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Management:
* Oversee the maintenance and servicing of pharmacy delivery vans, including arranging repairs.
* Possess a good understanding of vehicle mechanics to assess and manage issues effectively.
Property Maintenance:
* Perform small-scale plumbing and electrical repairs across our apartment properties, such as fixing leaks, damages, or general wear and tear.
* General Handyman Duties
* Address various ad-hoc repair and maintenance needs for the businesses.
Requirements
* Proven experience in plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, particularly for vans.
* A reliable, self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills.
* Must own a car and have a valid UK driving licence.
* Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
