What Youll Be Doing:
* Answering calls and delivering excellent customer service
* Booking appointments and managing diaries
* Preparing quotes, following up, and closing sales
* Upselling products and services to B2C customers
* Planning installations and liaising with clients in the showroom
* Managing post-install admin, including invoicing, billing, and quoting
* Posting updates, photos, and stories on social media
* Coordinating warehouse activity, deliveries, and collections
* Communicating with suppliers and maintaining stock flow
* Providing general admin support to the wider team
What Were Looking For:
1. Confident using G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
2. Experience with CRM systems (Zoho or Salesforce ideal)
3. ProvenB2C customer serviceand upselling experience
4. Bonus: experience with Xero or similar accounting software
