Mobile Cleaneing Supervisor
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Cleaneing Supervisor to support operations across the Southampton, Bracknell, and Bristol areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to step into a dynamic, field-based supervisory role with the potential to become permanent and grow with the business as coverage expands.
Location: Southampton, Bracknell & Bristol (travel required)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexibility required to meet business needs)
Salary & Pay:
Equivalent salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Hourly rate: £14.42 – £16.82
Role Overview:
This is a varied role combining on-site supervision with remote administrative responsibilities. You will spend approximately 3 days on the road supporting teams across multiple locations, and 2 days working from home focusing on reporting, planning, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities for a Mobile Cleaneing Supervisor:
Supervise and support teams across multiple sites
Deliver staff training and ensure high standards are maintained
Carry out and manage COSHH assessments and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Provide operational support and resolve on-site issues
Maintain accurate records and reporting
Requirements for a Mobile Cleaneing Supervisor:
Proven experience in a similar supervisory or mobile role
Strong knowledge of COSHH and risk assessments
Experience in staff training and team development
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Basic DBS check (required prior to start)
Additional Information:
Travel expenses (fuel) will be covered during the temporary period
Upon permanent placement, a company van and fuel card will be provided
An enhanced DBS check will be completed once permanent
