The functions include consultations and administration of applications for consent to develop under the Town & Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended) and related legislation and other general matters arising from the Authority's Statutory Planning functions.\n \nYou will also assist with a quality control and management audit of all the Support Team processes and ensure excellent customer service delivery in unison with the Council's Customer Service Team and the Support Team.The IndividualYou will have a sound understanding and relevant experience of general office administration, experience in dealing with members of the public and delivering a high quality of customer care.\n \nYou will also have experience in the use of Microsoft office suite and other similar IT packages, be able to demonstrate attention to detail, achieve high degrees of accuracy and be willing to learn new skills under supervision.
