Job Description
The Key responsibilities for the HR Advisor role are:
* Maintaining regulatory compliance and safer recruitment practice
* Working collaboratively to define and refine HR procedures and processes
* Acting as a primary contact for employee relations matters
* Overseeing the maintenance of HR information and processing data for payroll
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the HR Advisor role is someone with the following:
* CIPD qualified to at least Level 3
* Experienced in an HR generalist role, preferably within a regulated environment
* Organised and methodical, proactive and positive
* Used to balancing and prioritising a varied workload
* Previous experience in HR with at least 2 years minimum
* Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
* Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
* Excellent time management, multitasking, and organisational skills
