Job Responsibilities:
* Partner with Retail teams and Regional/Area Managers to support people solutions across multiple sites.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders.
* Conduct regular reviews on colleague experience.
* Collaborate with Recruitment and Learning & Development teams.
* Lead talent reviews, monitor progress, and support succession planning.
* Assist with upskilling managers and colleague engagement initiatives.
* Support store openings and closures.
* Handle employee relations cases.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a generalist HR/People role.
* Proven track record managing employee relations, including complex cases.
* Stakeholder management experience, ideally with talent management exposure.
* Experience in customer-centric or retail environments.
* Data analysis skills.
* Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and influencing skills.
* Resilient, assertive, and adaptable under pressure.
