Our purpose is to be the future of caring and considered hospitality, and this all starts with our People. ______________________________________________________________________ Job purpose: The purpose of the Spa Attendant role is to ensure the spa environment is consistently clean, tidy, and well maintained, always creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for guests. The Spa Attendant plays a key role in supporting an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all spa areas, assisting with the smooth operation of the spa, and providing support to food and beverage service where required. Responsibilities: Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, bathrooms, outside areas, sauna/steam rooms, and wet areas. Ensure towels, robes, slippers, and amenities are stocked, clean, and readily available for guests at all times. Monitor spa facilities and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department. Set up, clean, and reset spa areas between guest use to ensure a consistently high standard of presentation. Support guests with general spa enquiries, providing a warm, courteous, and professional service. Assist with food and beverage service within spa areas, including setting up refreshments, clearing used items, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including correct use of cleaning products and equipment. Support spa therapists and reception staff with operational tasks as required. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards. Contribute to a calm, welcoming, and luxurious spa atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience. Experience, Skills & Qualification Requirements: Experience within this role previously preferred /experience within a housekeeping or cleaning role previously required. Other Details: Ability to travel to the site required.
