Overview
Senior Solutions Engineer to help customers improve their security posture. You will work with Enterprise / Gov / Mil Customers, integrating DomainTools products and data within their systems (e.g., SIEM, TIP, SOAR). You will support demos, PoVs, presentations, customer trainings, conferences, and drive resolution of technical support escalations. You will be a primary technical resource for customers and prospects, supporting pre-sales, discovery, demonstrations, and proof of concept, and you will lead training and onboarding to guide adoption of our solutions.
Responsibilities
* Learn to effectively communicate DomainTools technical architecture and product capabilities; assist in prospect/customer awareness and adoption of our products and services.
* Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
* Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to show how DomainTools solutions address customer needs and achieve the Technical Win.
* Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors / Expansion Managers & Renewals Managers to deliver targeted demonstrations tied to customer use-cases.
* Become an expert in delivering the DomainTools Engage training program to enable customers to derive value from DomainTools products.
* Utilise expertise in Cyber Threat Intelligence to understand DomainTools data intersections and the competitive landscape.
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and test new features across all products leveraging current and emerging DomainTools datasets and integrations.
* Document best practices and lessons learned; contribute to the creation of new documentation and learning content for internal and external audiences.
* Ensure excellent service and support by building long-term relationships and developing innovative solutions to maximize product adoption and value.
* Utilize Confluence, Jira, Zendesk and Salesforce to track information related to products, features, bugs, opportunities, and accounts.
* International travel may be required (~40%).
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in enterprise SaaS in a similar customer-facing role (e.g., Fortune 500).
* Knowledge of MEDDPIC sales methodology.
* Ability to drive conversations based on product value rather than only feature functionality.
* Working knowledge of scripting languages (basic authoring), modern object-oriented programming languages (reading), databases, and analytical tools.
* Experience communicating effectively with customer engineers about a product’s technical capabilities, including API endpoints and integration use cases.
* Experience in active troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
* Fast learner, highly curious, able to articulate new technologies and their value propositions on the fly.
* Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with broad responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
* Experience or familiarity with the CyberSecurity industry.
* Understanding of OSI stack components, networking concepts, and related technologies.
* Knowledge of firewall and web proxy technologies.
* Working knowledge of SIEM / TIP / SOAR platforms.
* Familiarity with JSON / RESTful APIs and large-scale data concepts.
