£120–£150 per day (pre-AWR, depending on experience/qualifications)

The School and Role
Vision for Education are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated SEN Teacher to join a PRU provision in North Shields. In this role, you will deliver a broad range of subjects to young people with ASC and SEMH needs, supporting their academic progress as well as their personal and social development.
You will be working with some of the local authority’s most vulnerable learners, helping them to build confidence, develop key life skills, and prepare for positive transitions beyond education.
Requirements
The successful SEN Teacher will have:
1. Experience working with secondary-aged pupils
2. Experience supporting learners with SEND and challenging behaviour
3. A passion for the progress and development of SEND pupils
4. The ability to work effectively as part of a team
5. QTS/QTLS
