What You'll Be Doing: Delivering tailored lessons to secondary-aged students with SEND Creating inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet individual student needs Managing behaviour positively and effectively Adapting the curriculum to suit diverse learning styles and abilities What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred - unqualified teachers with relevant experience will also be considered Proven experience working with students with SEND, particularly ASC, ADHD, or SEMH Strong understanding of the secondary curriculum and ability to differentiate effectively Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills A team player with resilience, flexibility, and a positive attitude Desirable (but not essential): Experience in specialist SEND settings Knowledge of SEND legislation and safeguarding procedures What the School Offers: A welcoming and collaborative staff team Supportive leadership and ongoing professional development Access to modern resources and technology Excellent transport links and free onsite parkingMonarch Education are proud to be a leading recruitment specialist in the Education industry.
