Supervisor – Temporary – Full Time
We firmly believe that jewellery retail is all about having great product knowledge. Wherever the gems come from in a necklace or how a watch keeps precise time, every product has its stories. Our Store Supervisors bring that knowledge to life.
You’ll be a role model of amazing customer service, achieve targets, maximise sales, and share product expertise with customers. You’ll also aid store management, especially in coaching new team members and helping them settle in, develop knowledge and grow their retail skills.
Qualifications
You’ll have retail or customer service experience. The key drivers for success are strong communication skills, confidence, an outgoing personality, and a passion for selling. Ambition and a desire to progress into management are essential.
