Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our clients Cargo team. The ideal candidate will have strong IT and administrative skills and a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams
* Support day-to-day logistics and administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Strong IT proficiency, including MS Office and logistics software
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Flexibility – Shipments arrive from 5am until 10.30pm, the ideal candidate must be able to have flexibility in the hours that they can work to be able to accommodate all Cargo. Shifts are working on a 4 days on 4 days off basis.
