Job Description
Fire & Security Systems Engineer required on a permanent basis to join an established company based in SE London. This position involves working on various sites and projects across SE London, Kent, and Central London as needed.
Responsibilities:
* Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of security systems including fire alarms, gate automation, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control.
* First and second fix installation of fire alarms, gate automation, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control (domestic and commercial).
* Demonstrate system operation to customers.
* Create on-site quotes.
* Maintain tidy and organized job sites to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of two years' experience in fire/security engineering within the UK.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
4. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
5. Ability to handle basic electrical tasks such as measuring voltage and current.
6. Ability to work safely on ladders.
7. Valid UK driving license and a clear DBS check.
8. UK full work permit.
