Job Description:
We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 1-4 PQE to join a high-growth, market-leading law firm in Leeds.
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded team, assisting lawyers and senior lawyers with clinical negligence cases from inception to trial. There will be opportunities to develop leadership skills by coaching and supporting junior colleagues.
The firm offers highly competitive pay, bonuses (up to 14% performance bonus), and a flexible hybrid working policy, allowing up to four days working from home per week, along with flexitime and generous holiday allowances.
The firm is experiencing sustainable growth while maintaining high-quality work, offering clear progression pathways, including fast-track programmes for Associates and Partners, supported by a dedicated Learning & Development team.
The team handles a broad spectrum of personal injury and clinical negligence cases, focusing on quality over quantity, with manageable caseloads (typically 30-40 files). The cases are thoroughly vetted to ensure good quality work with strong prospects, supported by the firm’s significant marketing investment and a strong clinical negligence brand, leading to a steady flow of high-quality cases.
This is an excellent chance to join one of the leading clinical negligence law firms during a period of growth and stability.
