The Warranty Administrator will play a key role in managing warranty processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims, and maintaining excellent communication with customers and manufacturers. Duties of the Warranty Administrator:
6. Managing warranty claims from start to finish with accuracy and efficiency
7. Liaising with manufacturers and warranty providers to process claims
8. Maintaining detailed records of all warranty transactions
9. Ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
10. Providing excellent support to the dealership service team and customers
Requirements of the Warranty Administrator:
11. Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator within the automotive industry
12. Excellent organisational and administrative skills
13. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
14. Good communication skills, both written and verbal
15. Familiarity with dealership warranty systems and procedures
