This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Improvement Officer to play a key role in driving digital change across a fast-paced manufacturing and operations environment.As a Digital Improvement Officer, youll identify manual inefficiencies, design smart digital solutions, and deliver real, measurable improvements across the business.The Role Digital Improvement OfficerThe Digital Improvement Officer will lead digital improvement initiatives, working closely with operational and continuous improvement teams to modernise processes and reduce waste through bespoke digital solutions.This Digital Improvement Officer position is a permanent, full-time role based on site, offering excellent benefits and long-term career development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead digital improvement projects from concept to deployment as a Digital Improvement OfficerDesign, build, and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power AutomateIdentify and deliver digital efficiency opportunities across operationsWork with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutionsSupport lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesTrain users and digital apprentices on newly developed toolsEnsure all digital solutions comply with ISO standardsPresent project updates to senior stakeholders when requiredWhat Were Looking ForExperience working as a Digital Improvement Officer or in a similar digital improvement / automation roleStrong experience with Microsoft Power Automate and SharePointSolid Microsoft 365 knowledgeExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsConfident communicator with strong organisational skillsBasic project management experienceDesirable ExperienceManufacturing, automotive, or industrial environmentPower BI and Power AppsLean or Six Sigma knowledgeUnderstanding of data structures and basic data modellingWhats On OfferSalary up to £37,000 (depending on experience)Profit-related bonus scheme25 days holiday plus bank holidaysExcellent pension and life assuranceTraining, professional development, and wellbeing supportFree on-site parking and additional lifestyle benefitsThis is a fully on-site position; hybrid or remote working is not available.
