Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and dining areas.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner, striving for guest satisfaction.
* Support catering events as required, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly.
* Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
* Strong skills in catering and serving are highly desirable.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Barista experience is a plus for those interested in coffee preparation and service.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
