We are recruiting for a Factory Manager who will be responsible and accountable for the overall leadership, performance, and continuous improvement of the Prepared Foods site, ensuring that site functions operate effectively and collaboratively to deliver high-quality food products safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory and customer standards. As Factory Manager you will provide strategic and operational leadership to achieve site objectives relating to safety, quality, cost, service, and people development, driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
