Overview
We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for luxury to join us as Sales Consultant on our John Lewis, Chelmsford counter. This is a part-time opportunity, working 22 hours per week on a 2 month, fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
* Use a personalized selling approach, guiding the customer journey from start to finish, including offering sensorial experiences such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
* Assist the team with general store related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

* Excellent communication skills and confidence.
* Positive, can-do attitude and ability to approach any task.
* High level of personal grooming standards and passion for luxury.
* Team player with drive and motivation to meet store and personal KPI’s and flexibility to suit business requirements.
