Role Overview
We are seeking a ServiceMax Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of ServiceMax solutions, a leading field service management platform. This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global teams and third-party vendors for alignment and clear communication.
* Team Leadership: Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to achieve objectives.
* Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure ServiceMax implementations meet Rapiscan’s standards.
* Reporting: Track performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Resource Allocation: Optimize staffing and resources for efficiency.
* Change Management: Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes effectively.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
* PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
* 5+ years of experience managing ServiceMax or Salesforce platform projects.
* Strong understanding of field service operations and processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
* Technical knowledge of ServiceMax and related integrations.
* Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
